General terms and conditions of sale
Clause n ° 1: Purpose
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the Térézo brand and its client in connection with the sale of the following services: Community Management, management of clients' social networks.
Any service performed by Térézo therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Clause n ° 2: Price
The prices of the services sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros. VAT is not applicable.
Térézo grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the services ordered at the prices indicated when the order is recorded.
Clause n ° 3: Discounts and rebates
The proposed prices include the discounts and rebates that the Térézo brand would be required to grant given its results or the buyer's assumption of certain services.
Clause n ° 4: Discount
No discount will be granted in the event of early payment.
Clause n ° 5: Terms of payment
Orders are paid for by the service (s) made available by Térézo on the website:
either by bank card
either by Paypal when available on the site
When purchasing one of the packages / subscriptions, the buyer must pay the entire package / subscription for a period of one month (4 weeks). The payment request is automatically renewed each month by tacit renewal and debited to the same bank card used during the initial purchase.
The customer can cancel his subscription at any time after a period of 3 months, respecting a minimum period of 10 days before the end of the current month. Termination can be made by simple request by email to the following address: contact@terezo.fr
Clause n ° 6: Late payment
In the event of total or partial failure to pay for services, the buyer must pay Térézo a late payment penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate.
The legal interest rate used is that in force on the day the services are ordered.
From January 1, 2015, the legal interest rate will be revised every 6 months (Ordinance No. 2014-947 of August 20, 2014).
This penalty is calculated on the amount including tax of the amount remaining due, and runs from the due date of the price without any prior notice being necessary.
In addition to the late payment compensation, any sum, including the deposit, not paid on its due date, will automatically produce the payment of a lump sum compensation of 40 euros due for recovery costs.
Articles 441-6, I paragraph 12 and D. 441-5 of the Commercial Code.
Clause n ° 7: Termination clause
If within the fifteen days following the implementation of the "Late payment" clause, the buyer has not paid the sums remaining due, the sale will be automatically terminated and may give rise to the right to the allocation of damages for the benefit of the company Térézo.
Clause n ° 8: Delivery, validation of the work carried out and posting on social networks
The customer has 72 hours to validate the work provided (posts / publications for social networks) upon receipt of the sending by Térézo. The customer is able to request a maximum of 2 times for modifications to the work carried out and returned. The modification request (s) must be requested within 48 hours after receipt of the work by email.
After the customer has purchased a package, Térézo delivers the work in a maximum of 15 working days for validation by the customer.
The days and times of publication of posts / publications are defined by Terezo for optimal results.
Térézo launches the publication schedule in 72 hours after customer validation.
The customer is advised to provide Térézo with its own images for optimal content, failing which Térézo uses images of its choice and free of copyright in the image banks.
Clause n ° 9: Assistance
The customer can contact Térézo for free via the chat available on the website according to the availability of the teams from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Times can be changed without prior notification.

Clause n ° 10: Force majeure
Térézo cannot be held liable if the non-performance or delay in the performance of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.
Clause n ° 11: Competent court
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Caen.
